Pokemon (25):
2-1-2 Victreebel
2-2 Roserade
1 Celebi Prime
2-2 Sunflora
1-1 Vespiquen
1-1 Metapod
2-1-2 Serperior (1 with ability and 1 without)
2 Cleffa

Energy (18):
4 Rainbow
12 Grass
2 Psychic

Trainer (17):
2 Pokemon Collector
3 Professor Elm's Training Method
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 Rare Candy
2 Dual Ball
2 Interviewers Questions
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Energy Retrieval

The main point of my deck idea is to inflict as many status conditions on the defending Pokemon as possible and trap them with Victreebel. Victreebel would be the main attacker with the Serperior without the ability being secondary. Roserade would just sit on the bench inflicting status until it has enough energy to take out something big. Metapod is there to negate weakness to fire and Vespiquen to protect the bench. The Sunlforas are there to help speed up the evolution process where Celebi is just a wildcard if my opponent has mainly evolved Pokemon. I have been using this deck for a couple of day on the TCG online and it isn't working as well as I would like. I have a terrible time trying to make decks and I really like the thought of this one I just can't get a consistant first hand. Any advice is appreciated. I just wanted a little help before I go buy the cards. Thanks to everyone who helps.

too many pokemon. you have 8 different pokemon, meaning its impossible for you to have them all on the bench, and you cant have multiple copies of them. too many techs i think. metapod is okay to keep, not a fan of sunflora or cleffa or celebi.
add 1 or 2 more rare candies. 2 more oaks new theory and 1 more training method
1 more collector as well. max pokemon communication and drop dual balls, collector takes care of that

hm.... I like the deck idea! Couple changes though:

-1 Celebi Prime (Gonna take two turns to power up Victreebel anyway)
+1 collectors (3-2 collertor duel ball split is good)
+2 PONT
-2 energy Retrivakls
+1-0-1 Victreebel (Hes you main attacker, gotta get him out fast)
-2 psychic and 2 grass energy (Rainbow is usefull enough)
-2-1-2 Serperior (You're trying to put to many pokemon on your bench)
+2 Rare Candy
+2 Communication
+2 seeker (Recover Rainbows from Roserade)
-3 Professor Elm's (commication is way better! Only slows you down)
+2 Junk arm
+2 Sage's Training (helpful and can recover trainers with junk arm)

your deck is very slooooowwww you need more speed, vespiqueen, celebi and serperior are too bad techs... i try this

Pokemon 22
3-2-3 Victreebel
2-2 Roserade
2-2 Sunflora
1-1 Metapod
3 Cleffa
1 Shaymin

Trainer 26
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Rare Candy
1 Interviewers Questions
4 Pokemon Communication
1 Professor Elm Training method
3 Judge
2 Twins
2 Super Scoop Up
1 Junk Arm
2 Pkmn Circulator(Catcher it´s better but it doesn´t here :c)
1 Flower Shop Lady

Energy 12
3 Rainbow
9 Grass

I focus on Victreebel and roserade... with sunflora make this deck fly xd judge is for distrupt the OP Switch´s and energy... The shaymin is for great damage with roserade when im in problems... Metapod if isn´t necessary in the game don´t play it ... the same with shaymin.

I rather go for Vileplume and Bellosom to recover HP and actually make the Lock Work, Serperior won`t help at all.

Thanks guys. I know the deck is running very slow. I feel like it is never going to work. I tried taking out the serpeior, celebi, and vespiquen and it still didn't work that well. If anyone has any more advice please give it. Thanks.
