The Cards:

Honchkrow G, GC

Honchkrow G LV.47 – Darkness – HP80
Basic Pokemon (SP)

[.] Honcho's Orders: Search your deck for 2 in any combination of Stadium cards and Trainer cards with “Team Galactic's Invention” in their name, show them to your opponent, and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.
[D][C] Target Wound: Does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokemon. If that Pokemon already has damage counters on it, this attack does an additional 20 damage.

Weakness: Lightning (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 1

Skuntank G, GC

Skuntank G LV. – Psychic – HP80
Basic Pokemon (SP)

Poke-Power: Poison Structure
You can use this Power once during your turn, if you have a Stadium in play. Each player's Active Pokemon (excluding SP-Pokemon) is now Poisoned. This Power can't be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.

[C][C] Smokescreen: 20 damage. If the Defending Pokemon tries to attack during your opponent's next turn, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, the attack fails.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Mightyena, GC

Mightyena from Galactic's Conquest Mightyena LV.47 – Darkness – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Poochyena

Poke-Body: Back Off
If this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition, this Pokemon pays no Energy to attack.

[D][C] Collusion: 20 damage. If you played a Supporter card from your hand during this turn, this attack does an additional 20 damage.
[D][D][C] Desperation: 50 damage. If Mightyena has fewer Energy attached to it than the Defending Pokemon, this attack does an additional 30 damage.

Weakness: Fighting (+20)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 0

Blissey GC

Blissey LV.40 – Colorless – HP120
Stage 1 – Evolves from Chansey

Poke-Power: Nurse Call
You can use this Power once during your turn. Discard 1 card from your hand. Then, remove 2 damage counters from 1 of your Pokemon. This Power can't be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition or if you already used another Nurse Call during this turn.

[C] Return: 20 damage. Draw cards from your deck until you have 6 cards in your hand.
[C][C][C][C] Double Edge: 100 damage. Blissey does 60 damage to itself.

Weakness: Fighting (+30)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Giratina G
Giratina LV.63 – Psychic – HP100
Basic Pokemon

[C][C] Over Slash: Does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokemon.
[P][P] Dark Wing Flaps: 20 damage. Choose 1 card from your opponent's hand without looking. Then, look at the card you chose and shuffle it into your opponent's deck.
[P][C][C] Smash: 60 damage.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Colorless (-20)
Retreat: 3

Team Galactic's Invention G-103 Power Spray
Trainer

This card can be used during your opponent's turn, when your opponent's Pokemon uses a Poke-Power. That Poke-Power's effect is cancelled (the Power still counts as being used).

This card can't be used if you have 2 or fewer SP-Pokemon in play.

Team Galactic's Invention G-105 Poketurn
Trainer

Return 1 of your SP-Pokemon and all cards attached to it to your hand.

Strategy:

The strategy is complex, but pays high dividends. Essentially by Turn 3 you want the following setup: Moonlight Stadium in play, Skuntank G on the bench, Blissey GC on the bench, Mightyena active. Earlier is always better, and thankfully Skuntank and Honchkrow are basics.

Once that is accomplished, you can use Skuntank's Poison Structure power to activate Mightyena's Back Off body. You can now use Desparation to do presumably 80 damage for 0 energy. Additionally, your opponent will suffer Poison damage in-between turns, and will be unable to use Poke-Powers or Bodies that turn off when a Special Condition is inflicted. GC Blissey prevents the poison from overwhelming you using Nurse Call. Discard a Darkness Energy, heal 2 counters. Your MT Blissey can then use Happy Chance to keep the energy in play via Energy Link.

MT Blissey with Happiny underneath allow for draw ability.

Giratina GC is largely a Tech card. Over Slash can deal damage to every one of the opponents pokemon, allowing Hochkrow G to snipe off undeveloped monsters easily. Mightyena's energy pressure combined with Honchkrow G's sniping makes it almost impossible for a pokemon to run. Additionally, it can OHKO Machamp Lv. X with Smash.

Finally, the Unown G allow you to stall against Machamp with Honchkrow G until you can get it in KO Range. Conveniently, Honchkrow can Poketurn itself and Unown G back into your hand if it gets damaged.

In short, this is a low energy, low maintenance deck. In order to get around Dusknoir and Mr. Mime, Energy Link and MT Blissey provide more than ample energy distribution without suffering negative effects. Gengar is a slighty knotty issue because the +30 Dark Weak makes it difficult to get him to 90 or 100 damage.

Sorry for being off topic, but where did you get the GC patch for Redshark?

Generally speaking the RedShark patches come out the day of the US Release. This is because some cards in the Japanese set do not make it over or are changed in some way. What I did here was use the available versions as dummies and edited in the GC cards manually.

Vs. Blastoise? I'd say given that Blastoise uses energy acceleration heavily, as long as you have a Mightyena in reserve you can pretty much always hit for 80 with Desperation. The initial setup turns are the toughest but after that it's 80 for 0 Energy while you build up your MT Blisseys. Blastoise can't use its power if it is the active pokemon, so it will have to power itself up on the bench.

It might be worth it to put in special Dark or find a way to work Darkrai Lv. X in if you need more power. With 130 HP, you only need a single Energy on Blissey before Poison + 30 damage puts Blastoise in knockout range for Mightyena. You might need to Sacrifice a Blissey or pay its high retreat cost, but generally speaking once you're set up you can devote every resource to building up a second Mightyena. Between Poison on the active and Power Spray, it is difficult for Power-oriented decks to get going.

Upon review, it would probably be wise to redo my trainer list and make room for Night Maintenance. Maybe a Cyrus' Sheme, an Energy Link, and a Poketurn.
