Holo Fearow Jungle

I have a Holo Fearow from Jungle set... way back, oh yeah. It is Holo only on the picture, nowhere else. I haven't found even the existence of this mentioned anywhere. Any clues to origin and value?

My first guess is that it's fake.
Does the holofoil look "right"?
Back then, they only used the "starry" pattern like on all other Base Set and Jungle holos.

I've had it since 2000. And yes, it has the right holofoil.
