holo Rapados MT 33/123 collecting question

I have two MT Rampardos 33/123 in my collection. One is holo (not reverse holo), the other is plain. As best as I've been able to tell, neither card is fake. I've checked set lists and they list the card as non-holo. Is the holo version legit, and if yes where did it come from, assuming its not part of the standard print run?

I had one of those. It would be from the theme deck with Rampardos. That was the featured card of that deck so it is holo. It is real.
