Holon Energy WP vs. special condition

Just wanted to know, if i have a basic water energy with Holon energy WP and it activates the "prevent all effects of an attack"

If my opponent's attack inflicts a special condition like poison, or confusion for example, will the water energy and WP prevent it?

If the attack does anything to that Pokemon, beyond damage, it's prevented - this includes Special Conditions.

Note that it won't get rid of an existing Special Condition or effect, only prevent new ones from attacks.
