Holon Phantoms and Delta species

Holon's castform has the following attack;

[C] Delta Draw: Count the number of pokemon you have in play that have a "Delta symbol" on it's card, draw up to that many cards.

I only have this pokemon in play. do I get to draw one card?
(technically, Holon's castform has the "delta symbol" on it's card. but it isn't a delta species pokemon)

No, you only count Pokemon that are actually delta species Pokemon, not ones that merely reference the symbol somewhere in their text.
