If I played a Holon Researcher and couldn't find a metal energy nor a delta pokemon....can my opponent search my deck to verify that there is nothing I can take or can he ask the judge to search my deck to verify that there is nothing to take or neither? Do I have to take a metal or delta pokemon if there were any in my deck?

When searching your deck, which is an area that is not public knowledge, you may choose to "not find" a card, even if it is there. Since the deck is not public knowledge, your opponent cannot contest the fact that you "don't find" something.
