OK, so the card says I can draw up to the number of delta pokemon I've got in play. My question is about the nature of "draw up to" cards.
Let's say I'm in a situation where its late game, I want to keep bulk in my deck to stop me from decking out, but need to draw some crucial card. Now when I'm drawing, do I have to announce pre-hand how many I'm going to draw, and then draw exactly that many, or can I draw card by card, then stop if I see the one I need?
