Hey, welcome to the game! First, you can't have more than 4 of 1 Pokémon, so reduce Shellder to 4. You can use this extra space for another Rare Candy. With Rare Candies 4-4-4 Line is not needed, so take out a Seadra for yet another Rare Candy. Take out that Kingdra (I'm not sure which Kingdra that is, but I don't think there is a legal one from Deoxys-on format) For another Kingdra ex. Take out the 3 Fire (Why is this here?) for 3 more Holon Lake. Take out 2 Holon Adventurer's For 2 Transcievers. Try to fit another Holon's Castform somehow. Great deck otherwise!

I'm guessing the Fire were for Kingdra d, and its pre-evos of that type? But yeah, the deck isn't bad. I'd follow Charizardian's suggestions just to make the deck a little faster and more consistent. You might want to add in a Boost or two to abuse Cloyster's Grind (Sorry Raichu) .

One of my Kingdra uses fire so I need fire energy to use him. I'll try and see if I can get another Kingdra ex.

If the Kingdra d was lost then there would be space for Boost.
