I think it isn't a very very good card... It may be sympathic with absol and team galactic. but I think this card will not be very played... maybe in one ore two control decks...
lets see I think Houndoom is an underated card worthy of several decks.
Hmm Houndoom & Darkrai use Darkrai's power to count the extra energy & doom is hitting for roughly 80 or 90 a turn
Goes well with Magmortar using 4 multi energy and 4 double rainbow ( dark fang for 70 and Burn is nice when using multi as you get both effects for 1 multi)
This thing is Absol on steroids
I actually have a Mags/Doom deck that does very well.
