That being said, I would drop the Claydol to keep you bench empty and to assure Houdour starts, and throw in Plus Powers, so you can ohko the 110 Hp baddies. Bucks is cool, but I would never rely on having it around, Pluspower is more versatile.
 
I don't like dusk ball in here. Have u tried energy pickup? 4 after dooms 2nd attack. W/ tha right list, T2 doom could b great! Kingdra is annoying though.
 
i would try and fit in at least 2 Warp Point, that way, you can use Ts-1 with a claydol, warp point next turn to start swinging with Houndoom again. Just a thought.
 
to me the question is energy pickup or rayquaza/stark mountain
either way i think you have too much energy in your deck. i wouldnt run more than 12...
