How can I get a Grass stone on Pokemon Ruby?

Well, I have Sapphire, but I think they're the same in this.
Diving around the depths near the Treasure Hunter's house can find you a green shard or two. He'll trade you a grass stone for each one. Also, I think Recalinths sometimes carry green shards.
The treasure hunters house is just to the east of...Mossdeep, is it? Anyway, the isand down in the northeast of the map.

I believe that Hunters house is just to the West of Mossdeep.
