Though, odd the winning bidder was the shill bidder. Shills usually drive up the price, but don't win it.

Actually it looks like a rookie bidder put a ridiculously high bid in to use the auto bidding feature. It shouldn't have reached a hundred. Then someone else shill bid it up, probably the user with 0 feedback.

Exactly! You need two people to make shill bidding work. The person doing the shill bidding and someone who is actually bidding on the item to try to outbid them.
