How do I register a league?

I guess this could go into the Organized Play board but since a professor or higher needs to do this (unless that was changed since the last time I have done this), I thought it could fit in here and receive more replies than I would get in the Organized Play area.

I have a store owner who is interested in hosting a Pokémon league. The register link in my account does not work, however. I think it is because I am not 18+ but I could be wrong.
How will I be able to register this store for a Pokémon league? I am supposed to e-mail him with what information is needed to set it up.

You are correct. You do have to be at least 18 to register for a League. You can either have another Professor in your area register for the League or the store owner him/herself. Since you are obviously already familiar with signing-up for My Pokemon, you can easily assist the chosen person as they sign-up for their own My Pokemon account which is necessary for a person to either own/run a League.
