How do you damage your own Pokemon? Please lack

Please lock. Heres something I don't think pokepedia can help with. What are some ways to damage your own Pokemon(no attacks, for example not something like Rocket's Zapdos ex)? This is all I got:

Blastoise ex
Venture Bomb

Is there anything else?

If you are using a certain pokemon, curse stone and desert ruins help. But the major ones are rainbow and venture bomb.
 
its an attack but its also damge to ya. Hit a claw fossil. Now what if you attack with a card that does 10 damage to all bench pokemon or all poke body/powers yours and your opponent . There were a few new cards today. You have a claw fossil on the bench and you damage your own claw fossil. Do you also take 10 damage for the hit on your active pokemon?
 
Rainbow energy, super connectivity. Also confusion. Head trip FTW!

Also burning aura, but that obvious has relatively limited application.
 
If you're using Golem, then Geodude is the way to go..if Gardevoir, I think Blastoise. I like the Rainbow Energy and Venture Bomb deal also. I'm working on this idea too, if it's what I think it is- see my Rain Rage thread.
 
Abuse: putting them in the company of many Mr. Mime cards. That damages them psychologically for life.
