It has some potential with mew prime start, since they both use psychic energy you can start LZ'ing pokemon turn 2, as opposed to waiting to rare candy a gastly, and with tricks like Mr.mime, Spiritomb TM, Twins, rescue energy, Revive, and the new energy retrieval you can recycle mew all game til you set up a gengar. It won't be broken at all because Mew at 60 Hp gets eaten alive by Donphan, Jumpluff, Zekrom/Reshirim, Cinccino, ect.... With a slower format, poeople are going to have pokemon in hand because of the loss of BTS and the nurf on rare candy. Kind of mad I sold all my gengars now, at least I have my mews xP
