How Late Will It Go Monday Night?

So the last day is the 22nd, a Monday. Should I book my flight to leave at like 10:30 PM that night, or will it run so late that I have to stay til the 23rd? Does anyone know?

Um, Worlds ends on Sunday. We anticipate the awards ceremony to start around 6:30PM, and last approximately 30 minutes.

The last night is sunday, awards banquet to be around 4-5 ish pm. (I think that is what our pkg said with the forms for worlds invite and travel.) The travel/hotel award keeps you in the hotel thru sunday night, ergo, you leave on aug. 22 (monday).

BTW, this is on the OP FAQ for Worlds:

After Swiss rounds are complete, there will be a cut to single-elimination finals. The top 32 players from each age group will then play in the single-elimination finals on Sunday, August 22nd, beginning at 9:00 A.M.

^ That's why I thought it was the 22nd.

"Cut and Paste" error anyone. The date is correct at the top of the page, but when they copied the text from last year they forgot to change the date. I sure hope we don't have all the finalists showing up on Monday. :lol:
