How many EX and how many non-EX can I have

I tried to look at a rulebook from the starter sets I bought but couldn't find a straight answer.

Can I have x4 Genger and x4 Gengar EX in the same deck?
Apologies if this has been asked before, I tried searching for it but came up with nothing and the search fucntion is poor I didn't want to input the captcha another 20 times

"Gengar EX" is a different name than "Gengar".
You are limited to 4 of any specific card name, so, since these are two different names, you can can 4 "Gengar" and also 4 "Gengar EX" in your deck.
