How much is a RH/AH generally worth?

Depends. Some people might be willing to trade a H for a PF. Some might not. Depends upon the person, the card, and what the person intends to do with the card. Generally speaking a PF is usually statistically harder to get than a H. With FR/LG, 17 H with a 1:3 chance means 17 * 3 = 51 so chance of pulling any particular H is 1:51 packs. To get any particular PF 1:103. So a RH Weedle is harder to pull than a Ditto, but would someone do that trade? Depends....
