How t archive PMs? Inbox 92% Full!

I got an email from Pokegym today suggesting I archive my PMs because my inbox is nearly full.

Trouble is, I don't have a clue how to archive my PMs.

Can someone tell me what do to?

I don't think you can archive them....at least there may be a way but I have never done it.

The next best thing is to open up a Microsoft Word File, and C/P the text in to the file and label who it is from then delete the PM from your box. That's what I do with PMs I need to keep.
