First I would like to state that this is NOT a choice for regionals because it should lose to anything that plays mesprit LA, but this could actually be a very fun and possibly competitive deck. Please rate or fix, thank you.

Strategy: Using BTS you should be set up by t2/3 and using gatr's enrgy cyclone. Claydol and Bronzong are there to refresh hand and to make nrg cyclone do major damage. BTS is such a great addition to this deck because it allows you to use SSU to abuse your powers and it may help a little against Ampharos and Power Spray.
