Never caught my breath
Every second I'm without you I'm a mess
Ever know each other
Trust these words are stones
why cuts aren't healing
Learning how to love
In your eyes
Like my first time
That I caught fire
Just stay with me
Lay with me
In your eyes
I lost my place
Could stay a while
And I'm melting
In your eyes
Like my first time
That I caught fire
Hello again everyone,
Just thought I'd post the newest deck I've been working on. I've had a lot of success with this deck and believe it to be a possible big contender. I grabbed a very close second with it yesterday at my first City Championship. Also, the song by The Used is a really good one, so go check it out, k? Anyways, here's my deck.

Modified Format
Pokemon: 20
4 Plusle (DX)
4 Cyndaquil (UF)
3 Quilava (UF)
4 Typhlosion (UF)
2 Pidgey (RG)
1 Pidgeotto (RG)
2 Pidgeot (RG)
Energy :16
10 Fire
4 Holon FF
2 Double Rainbow
Trainers: 22
4 Celio's Network
4 Rare Candy
3 Steven's Advice
3 Copycat
3 Energy Root
3 Desert Ruins
1 Rocket's Admin
1 Mr Briney's Compassion
1 Ancient Technical Machine: Rock
1 Holon Farmer
Strategy: This deck is based on a combo of three cards. Typhlosion, Energy Root, and Holon FF. I'll type each out, so you can see what they do.
Typhlosion - Stage 2 Fire Pokemon - 110 HP
PokeBODY: Burning Aura: As long as Typhlosion is your active Pokemon, put 1 damage counter on each Active Pokemon (both yours and your opponents) between turns.
R: Flickering Flames: 20 The Defending Pokemon is now Asleep
RCC: Rage: 50+ Does 50 plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on Typhlosion.
Weakness: Water
Resistance: -
Retreat: 1
Energy Root - Trainer - Pokemon Tool
(Attach Energy Root to one of your Pokemon that does not already have a Pokemon Tool attached (excluding Pokemon ex or Pokemon with Dark in its name). If the Pokemon Energy Root is attached to is a Dark Pokemon or Pokemon ex, discard Energy Root.)
As long as Energy Root is attached to a Pokemon, that Pokemon gets +20 HP and cannot use Pokemon Powers or PokeBodies.
Holon Energy FF - Special Energy Card
Holon Energy FF provides C. If the Pokemon Holon Energy FF is attached to already has a Basic Fire energy also attached, then that Pokemon has no weakness. If the Pokemon Holon Energy FF is attached to already has a Basic Fighting Energy attached, then ignore resistance when that Pokemon attacks.
So, there's what each card does. The strategy is basically Typhlosion swarm. Attach the Holon FF against Water decks to give you no weakness. Attach the Energy Root so Burning Aura does not damage you, and takes your Typhlosion to 130 HP. So basically, this combo gives you a 130 HP Pokemon with no weakness that does massive damage back to the Defending if it is attacked. I run an extra Pidgeot line in there to help with the Drag/Meta matchup. I can attach a Fire/Holon FF to Pidgeot and go after Dragonite. The Double Rainbows allow you to catch up if you fall behind. The Trainers are pretty simple to follow, basic draw, Energy Root needed for the combo to work, Desert Ruins as a counter stadium, Rare Candy for speed. I actually played 2 Briney yesterday for the City Championship, but rarely found myself using more than 1. So I decided to add in an ATM Rock for the excessive amounts of Rare Candying I see. I also might make it a 4th Candy or an Admin. Not sure yet. Well, there you go, there's my new deck, and honestly, I think it's the best original idea I think I've ever made. What are your thoughts?

Edit: Changed Pidgeot line back to 2/1/2 from 3/1/3, and added 4th Candy and 1 Rocket's Admin
