I signed up before the website switch, and after they switched, i tried to sign in and it said i needed to accept the terms of use. I don't know how to, other then to have my mom sign in and do it for me, but when i try and retrieve her password, it did not work. I emailed POP twice, and no response. Is biggie here?
 
A few things. When you emailed them did you get confirmation via a ticket # that recieved your email? If not then you might want to email them again via the customer service email. If you did, there is a chance your email spam folder might of picked it up instead of it going to your inbox. If you still don't see anything, I would suggest email POP again and if you still can't figure out how to get in touch with them, next time you see the local PTO or TO in your area (I would suggest PTO), I would talk to them and talk to them and hopefully they can help you out.

K thanks, i think my mom emailed the service place, i hope....

If you THINK your mom emailed them I would talk to her to make sure. If not, I would email them with her so that you make sure the issue gets resovled. I am not saying she didn't, but it is better to be safe than sorry. :wink:

I had this issue too, when I was signing up my little brother for a POP ID.

When the site switched over, all current accounts had to be reconfirmed via email. What you will have to do is get the site to resend the confirmation email for your Mom's account, and confirm it that way. Then you should be able to recover the password, and go from there.
