Venusaur knows what he's talking about man. Articuno ex aren't used in decks. Rocket's Moltres ex aren't used in decks. They aren't in demand. Just like how Lapras ex for example is worth about $1.

I'm not complaining about Rocket's Moltres ex...I too value it quite low, even though I bought mine for $7, and eBay now averages to about $5.885 according to your link. Articuno ex, however, averages for about $9.025. And Larpas ex is so old, it's like...gonna be gone from Modified soon.. (Excluding certain countries in Europe)!!
