he could have roseanne'd for Uxie, which would make his draw at 7+2 which is plausible for the T1 spin, but unlikely. never automatically assume people cheat, it makes for a very paranoid world.
so, hand would be something like:
Duskull, candy, noir, energy, rosy, energy, pickup. draw into something u burn, attach, candy, rosy for uxie and another basic, dump uxie to draw 5, draw another energy, pickup, command for 2 random cards, discard 2 energy, double hit pickup.
