You're going to want something like Felicity's Drawing to discard Dark Energy so T-Tar's Body has a chance to charge him up faster. I like running 1 Lucian's Assignment because it will often save me 3 or 4 energies off a dying T-Tar. I know 1 isn't consistent, but 2 has always been too much for me.
Pokemon Rescue is better than Night Maintenance in this deck because you want a few energies in the discard for T-Tar.
That's how I play it, at least.

There's this guy in my area who plays Poké-Healer, 2 BTS, and Lucian, with 2 Unown G. Works pretty well. No Dakrai LvX.
He used to play Palkia LvX with TTar.
