Brilliant deduction! Although if water=overseas, than everything on either side of me would be divided by a sea since human body=mostly water.
 
I'm toatly with you on this Ardoptres. Its only like an extra 90 cents, which you'll be will'en to spend if the cards your gett'in are worth that much to you.

No my uh, dear, stu-ignorant brother. Its only 90 cents when you send out of the country. When you send overseas, you have to pay a more worthy fee if you want high hopes of your cards reaching your trade partner. Or who knows maybe you can send them for only 90 cents, if you want to wait a couple weeks and possibly not get your cards and your cards not reach your trade partner.
