AKA Mew's Dreamsicle
AKA MewCreamCone

4 Mew Prime
2 Vanilluxe
3-1-2 Vileplume
3-2-3 Kingdra Prime
1 Muk
1 Cleffa
2 Victini

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
3 PONT
3 Sages
3 Twins
3 Rare Candy
2 N
1 Flower Shop Lady

4 Rainbow Energy
4 Psychic Energy
5 Water Energy

I like Vanilluxe and wanted to save space so I'd only have to setup 2 Stages 2 instead of three. Mew fits the bill perfectly. This deck will almost definitely fall behind at least 1-2 prizes before it starts winning. Ideal field would look like this:

Mew active with energy

Vileplume Kingdra Kingdra Victini Mew with Energy on bench.

Kingdra's spray splashes let you manipulate damage counters to hopefully prevent your opponent from ever attacking you again once you get set up. Victini lets you reflip attacks so you can keep the paralyze happening consistently. Even with 90 whatever % chance of your attack working correctly, you still will probably miss 1 flip a game or accidentally KO your opponents active with something other than spray splash.

Kingdra is an Excellent back up attacker/wall you can use while you set up another Mew or if they send up something with <50 HP for you to KO. Also Vileplume and Gloom can attack with Rainbow energy, but those should only be used for the Lulz or if your opponent tries to get cute and Umbreon you.

I think this could be pretty formidable, and the Kingdra gives me the edge in many matchups.

Any thoughts?

It's a really nice concept you have here. Only thing I can say here is to find a way to be able to attach 2 energy in one turn so you can respond to a knockout.

I really like how mew trolls with this deck. No switch because of plume. Its really nice. Will you be willing to play this deck at a tournament though? I'd hate to see a nice deck like this one go to waste.

You usually will have several turns to set up another mew, paralyze allows for that. Just need to leave a bench spot open for it.
As far as running this in a tourny, i probably will. Needs a bit more testing as the cities format is still brand new. Meta decks havent fully emerged yet. I could see chandelure giving this deck some problems as it could 2 shot my mews or victinis while being paralyzed.

That is true. I do hate the way abilities work now. Nothing can turn them off. All can say is hope you don't run into them or try a way to fit a few Absol primes in.

That new special energy next set Prisim (Rainbow) or whatever it's called would work well here. I like your deck idea!

It would suck facing a gothitelle, because if they get that goth t2, you will have some troubles setting up.

Not really, Mew can OHKO goth on double heads from vanilluxe. Also, I'll be setting up a trainer lock too, and if worse comes to worse, I can always troll with sludge drag.
