What is the strategy? (I know it sounds dumb since I built a similar deck, but it is a rule of this forum that you need one) Get rid of the scramble energy cards for two more boost. Scramble is not Blissey's friend since she is built for speed, not for comebacks. I really don't think this needs the "kitty", but a solid strategy may change my mind.
