The idea of the deck is to get articuno fully powered up and paralyzing your opponent and moving the damage back to the bench and KO anyone you'd like. Kyurem is in there for a big and early hitter as well as my plasma klang counter. Tool Scrapper is also necessary, keldeo/float stone is a real pain for this deck. The deck was rather slow without tropical beach and I feel like it was necessary.
Some things I think need tweaking, I would like a 4th RC and any other idea you may have. This deck kind of struggles against blastoise/keldeo and I thought frozen city would be a huge help but then I don't get the speed of tropical beach for the other match ups. Any suggestions on how to make it better?

Why not run Garbodor? You set it up and then attach a tool, then use Articuno EX and paralyze every single turn. the only bad matchup is gothitelle/ accelgor. you don't need plasma kyurem and you can easily steamroll your opponent because you just keep paralyzing it until you KO your opponent's pokemon.

Awesome37 how does accelgor/gothetelle work if gothetelle or mew can use their abilitys? unless they use alot of tool scrapper?

you play tool scrapper and continue attacking because tools are items and you can't drop anymore of them with gothitelle active.

Hmm, Garbador is definatly an interesting idea, it would help against blastoise. I will definatly try this out on playtcg. My only question is how will this affect my matchup against plasmabox? Because I usually just freeze a single target then move the damage to KO the kyurems, If I kill the active they may be able to come up and smack me with kyurem. But definatly a good idea, i'll try it out :)

In this current format garbodour is a bit unreliable since it can be somewhat hard to set up and can be disrupted by tool scrapers. Since the normal line for garbodour stands at 2-2 you may feel that if you really need garbodour it should be a 3-3 line. Since if your playing it getting it out and set up would be key. If your not going to have garbodour as a main part of the deck I would not play it.

If you really want to run garbodour I recommend running 5-6 tools to make sure you can get tools on garbodour fast and so you can use the other tool cards on your other pokemon.
