Basically, I am trying to make the under"dog" a bit powerful:

23 pokemon

4 Evees (2 lvl 10s and 2 Lvl 14s)
2 Glaceons lvl 44
2 Glaceons lvl X
2 Leafeons Lvl 49
1 Leafeon lvl X
1 Espeon lvl 44
3 Chikorita (HGSS)
1 Bayleaf
2 Meganium (HGSS)
1 Uxie lvl 55
2 Baltoys
2 Claydol (cosmic powers)

11 Supporters

4 Rosannes
4 Bebe Searches
2 Oak's New Theory
1 Palmer Con.

12 Trainers

3 Rare Candy
2 VS seeker
2 Pokemon Rescues
2 Expert Belts
2 Warp Points
1 Luxury Ball

2 Stadiums
2 Dawn Stadium

12 Energies

5 Grass
3 Water
2 Rainbow
2 Double Colorless

What do you think?? Any Advice would be helpful. I don't have a ton of cards, just restarted playing again. Would love any feedback on making it work stronger. Thanks.

Leafeon w/ Glaceon is hard enough t pull off without Meganium getting in the way. I'd ditch that first. Personally I'd try running like 3 spiritomb AR to help you set up.

The best recover card for an eevee deck imo is and has always been Time Space Distortion. You get the evolutions back immediately which lets you BTS them back down on to the field. However...TSD is a secret rare and hard to come by so my 2nd choice is Night Maintenance with the 3rd being 4x Rescue.

Just o start off is all.
