Idea for League Promos

I just thought of this while looking through some of my VS Cards. Since Badges are pretty much out of the picture due to logistics, what could we replace them with as league rewards. Why not Gym Leader TM cards? You would get one for completing half of the season or challenges and the other for completing the entire season. Also make them foil like the league promos or something.

Here are what they looked like:

What do you guys think of making Gym Leader TMs Rewards for leagues?

Agreed with this, even getting some of the Pokemon from the VS set as promos would be cool, since with the introduction of SP's they aren't broken anymore.
