Your list and Mew*'s list are going to be relying too much on a castform start. They will have a very difficult time rushing without mary's request for draw and scott for stadium search. And four DRE is a must, especially in matchups where Exeggutor is mostly useless (vs. anything fighting resistant) because you'll need your Raichu to be able to attack even when you're tied or ahead in prizes.

That's the list my fiance is running right now, we've tried variants that make room for ER2, we've tried 3 Scramble/3 DRE/3 Metal/3 Fighting with Castaway and extra tools, we've tried it with Togetic d and Arbok d. But this is the list she has been most sucessful with. Straight delta just pwns too much face.
