1. Blast from the past -- This is sorta two clues in one. It comes from a fossil, and in the anime, it was woken up by a dynamite blast.
2. Up in the Air -- it's a flying type, and it's another reference to the same episode -- it grabbed Ash, who ended up really being up in the air.
3. Larger than life -- Yet another one from the anime. As TheDeuce mentioned, it's 5'11". But when you see Ash in its claws, it looks a lot bigger than that.

Espania means Spain in spanish, en means in...but that clears up nothing for me...
Perhaps Mr. Biggilo means en Espaniol, which means "in Spanish" in spanish. Hee hee.

Clue number one, am not sure but is it referencing columbine? Which took place at a school.
Clue 2 Ur in school during those days..pretty lame but thats all i can think of for that one.

Well, first of all, let me see if i can help everyone else. Since i have always abvocated SHARING YOUR BRAINS with the others so AS A GROUP we could beat the riddler, ill explain my thought pattern:
Based on 3 i am thinking there is a spanish pun behind the name. 1 and 2 lead me to believe school or spring are involved.
The spanish related pokés i can think of are:
The 3 birds; Artic, Zap, Molt
the Lotad line; Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo.
Based on that....i shall guess a grass type since that is spring related and i shall guess Ludicolo.
Note the last four letters are scrambled to make LOCO or crazy as in your crazy to use guns.
