I'm thinking Scyther.

1st - JohnnyDeppMovie - Edward Scizzorhands (Scyther Evolves into Scizor)
2nd - Yard work - like Gardening, maybe even pruning? (see 1st clue's reasoning)
3rd - Being Jealous is also called being Green with Envy - Scyther is green (unlike Scizor, which is red)

If this is not correct, I'm going for the 2nd-most obvious answer, which is Scizor.

1st, In the old (possibly original) version of DrDolittle (not the Eddy Murphy one), they encounter a creature called a pushmepullyou which is pretty much a llama with 2 front-ends stuck to each other. Girafarig has 2 heads, one on it's tail. (If you've ever seen the movie, you'll know what I mean.)
2nd- I wasn't referring to the number of legs, more the height - 4'11"
3rd, all four of those moves are listed in a hint book i have as moves that aren't learned naturally by Girafarig, aren't TM moves, that can be bred in.
