Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

In-Game Platinum Teams

What are pokemon 151 and 152 in the sinnoh pokedex? And what trainers have them?

Also, what trainer can I find that has a Feebas?

Feebas trainer is one of the fishers on the route from the resort place to Sunnyshore. #s 151 and 152 are Manaphy and Rotom. Manaphy data you get from the book in the Pokemon mansion (House with the trophy garden), and you should know where Rotom is.

...Am I really the only one who gave up on the starter? XD *traded it to his Diamond for LV.1 Riolu as soon as he had a level 5 starly*

Team that I beat the Elite four with (last night incidentally enough)... Everything was~level 50:
Magmortar (gave it Choice Specs FTW :D)
Rhyperior (Wall~)
Floatzel (Ice Punch abuse is amazing, though really a Gyarados would have made my life a LOT easier due to not being killed by Cynthia's earthquake spam)
Lucario (....Frankly did nothing. :[)
Gallade (Hypnosis and Leaf Blade were about all it did. But that's still reeeeally useful :D)
Giratina (Shadow Forced Lucian... About only way I won XD)

...Kinda interesting how many people use Floatzel and Luxray. I guess there really AREN'T alternatives for Staraptor but Floatzel... No one uses Gyarados or Gastrodon?

So far I've got

Empoleon
Scyther
Electabuzz
Magmar
Gyrados

Still looking for a sixth, prefably a ground type but seems like I could take on the Elite 4 with just these and I should be alright.

I just beat the E4 and the Champion with this team:

Infernape (rock climb, flame wheel, close combat, shadow claw)
Togekiss (fly, air slash, magical leaf, aura sphere)
Gliscor (rock smash, earthquake, aerial ace, faint attack)
Dusknoir (strength, shadow punch, thunderpunch, ice punch)
Espeon (cut, psychic, grass knot, swift [traded for signal beam post e4])
Omastar (surf, waterfall, ancient power, ice beam)

I got a good LOL as I planned this team out as it has guys from a number of decks that I've run. Dusknoir & Gliscor from VanderHatter, Infernape and Omastar from Lucksack.dek. Togekiss from last year's Skittles. I think that everyone was level 52 or 53 when I started the final run.

Overall Dusknoir and Gliscor have been my MVPs. Dusknoir with Thunderpunch and Ice Punch just made Cyrus' Gyarados and Cynthia's Garchomp cry. Gliscor with Earthquake just soloed the Fire and Lighting challenges and was even my early Gyarados counter before I got Dusknoir all trained up.

To get Omastar I traded a Helix fossil from my old pearl game into this one. I've done most of the old water types to death and wanted something else new. Omastar is really the only weak link in the group and even he's not too bad as long as I don't send him into the wrong matchup. He OHKOs all sorts of stuff with surf. I had to get rid of Mud Shot to learn waterfall which made me sad as he had great type coverage before that.

Togekiss was a pain in the tail for most of the game, but once I got past Iron Island he was amazing.

I've been very happy with Espeon and Infernape, though neither have really been as spectacular as Dusknoir and Gliscor.

Nice! I'm definitely planning on making a team that consists of:
Blastoise
Delcatty
Claydol
Uxie
Kyogre
Pachirisu

It will probably be awful, but it's pretty much a Blastcatty deck, which makes it great.

Current Platinum teams, as of April 4th, 2009:

Battling Team:
Garchomp Lv.60
Empoleon Lv.55
Magnezone Lv.53
Luxray Lv.52
Staraptor Lv.50
Tentacruel Lv.50

This is the team I use in pure battle areas where I might need more than just my top four Pokémon, such as the Battle Frontier and the Elite Four. The strategy is pretty simple; hit hard with type weakness and don't take too much damage. I have type-advantaged Pokémon against most types. I do not have any Rock, Fire, Bug, Ghost, or Psychic moves on my team, but I believe I utilize every other type of move. Many people have trouble taking down Magnezone due to its type combination, which has resistance against most types. However, unfortunately it takes 4x damage from Ground-type moves. Since four out of my six Pokémon are weak against Ground types, Staraptor balances it out with immunity. However, another Garchomp is a big threat against my team for its diverse moveset. Ah, well, Tentacruel has Ice Beam to balance that out. However... I'm starting to ramble. I'll stop now.

Travelling Team:
Garchomp Lv.60
Empoleon Lv.55
Magnezone Lv.53
Luxray Lv.52
Biberal Lv.20
Pelipper Lv.30

This team is the one I use when I'm in situations where I may need HMs. It's basically my four strongest battling Pokémon and my two HM Slaves. Not much explaining needed. Oh, and my "Catching Team" for when I'm trying to catch Legendaries, is basically minus Luxray and plus Chatot, for Sing to put the Legendary to sleep.

Overall, these are some pretty good teams. Yeah.
