Below are the Pokes and what their current IVs I have bred them for are, and what their intended EVs will be:

Vaporeon (31 IV in HP w/ 6 EV, DF w/ 252 EV, SD w/ 252 EV) Calm Nature
Would like a Sub'ing Moveset.

Umbreon (31 IV in HP w/ 6 EV, DF w/ 252 EV, SD w/ 252 EV) Calm Nature
Same as Vaporeon.

Houndoom (31 IV in HP w/ 6 EV, SA w/ 252 EV, Spe w/ 252 EV) Modest Nature
Crunch
Flemthrower
Protect
Will-O-Wisp

Charizard (Breeding currently to get Adamant Nature w/ 31 IVs in HP w/ 6 EV, AT w/ 252 EV, Spe w/ 252 EV)
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
EQ
Rock Slide/Something Else

OR

(31 IVs in AT, SA, Spe)(EVs Split how?) Adamant
Flame Thrower
Dragon Claw
EQ
Aerial Ace/Rock Slide

For Vaporeon...

Ice Beam/Surf/Acid Armor/Rest/Toxic/Other

I'm not positive that the Eeveelutions can still learn Baton Pass, but that might be a good move for Vaporeon(Acid, Sub, Pass to a Sweeper to give it extra Defense).

I may try that one, and if I did I would go Toxic and Ice Beam or Ice Beam and Surf. Wait I can do both. Muwhahahaha, because I have 5 Eevees now with the right IV's:thumb:.

Now what about Charizard...Any suggestions there?

And yes Eevee can learn Baton Pass, but its super annoying to get.
 
Is this a Double Battle Team? Just thought I'd ask since you have four critters here.

Mean Look
Substitute

Or:

Confuse Ray

Shadow Ball/Iron Tail(LOL)/Return/Body Slam/Baton Pass/Toxic

Or, for DB:

Nope, not 2v2...Mainly LvL 50's. I do appreciate the DB moveset as well...I had thought of the Umby for that.

Im assuming that I if I let Eevee learn Baton Pass, I can go back and Heart Scale moves onto the Pokes that I would have missed after I evolved them, correct?
 
Yes, you can.

Also, for DD Charizard, I'd teach him Overheat or Fire Blast instead of Rock Slide just in case you need a random Special Attack or something. You could even go with Swagger! LOL.

vaporeon-acid armor, BP, sub, calm mind/surf/ice beam

meh. I used it for a while on NB, and it was okay, but nothing special.

umbreon-toxic, mean look, double team, sub.

I think that's what it was...

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but Vappy can't learm Calm Mind....
