Strategy:
This is a turn 2 deck. I will probobly play it for states because I am very comfortable with it and I think that I personally could play Ape better than Magmortar. This deck is a speed demon and you try to get setup ASAP! You use DRE to do 80 a turn and I like to get the lv X out pretty fast too because almost anything good in this format has 110-130 HP. Every pokemon is important but I can usually last long enough to pull my prized delcatty or what ever I might need. I was thinking of a 1-0-1 Nidoqueen line because getting the pokemon out fast is essential. The Cess crystals are a nice tech because infernape has free retreat so if you attatch it to active, you can just retreat the next turn and bring up another monkey. You basically stop your opponent from using powers/bodies for 1 turn and pachi is welcomed because if they attack with it, I can easily KO it and 40 is a lot better than say a gallade dishing out 100. I was also thinking of a 1-1 dugtrio line because though it would slow the deck down some, it protects my delcatties and the EX from magmortar, spread, and other sniping decks.

I run a 4-2-3-1 Infernape, 4-3-2 delcatty/ ex. You need 2 Primeir ball. I have always liked him. I was thinking of running a Mag MT line possibly

Your list looks almost exactly like mine but why cess. crystal. Your deck relys on powers. Also don't play quick ball. The deck isn't a T2 deck it's a speed set up deck. May I sujest taking out the quick balls, cess crystals for 1 or 2 more winstorms, 3 pachirisus and more trainers that are better.

Thanks for everyone's help! :smile: This deck is still good for only 1 reason IMO and that is that is is SO fast and can stay good even after the first part of the game. Late game you even do about 140 every turn. Like I said, it's far from the best deck right now, but I think that I PERSONALLY have a better chance with this deck than with magmortar. It needs to be very fast though.

Changes that I am considering:

1-2 Primeir Balls- They get the lv x out of the deck or discard. Late game I find myself wanting it back after I've used all of my pluspowers.

4-3-1/4-3-2 Catty/EX line-would this make the deck faster or more consistant? or would it just slow it down? Ususally i can take enough prizes early game so that i can get w/ever i need that is prized, but 3 delcatties or 2 EX would be really nice...

1-0-1 Queen d line- this would help get the pokemon out faster; but i have a lot of that already.

-4 TVR +4 Felicitty's Drawing- this would help speed up the lv x's attack faster possibly, but TVR lets me draw the 3 cards before discarding. I dunno which one is better.

So LMK shat you think about these changes!

your catty line should be 4-3-1.

you can also take out 1 mentor and the 2 Cessation Crystal.
