The east coast event had 132 players, making it the largest of the 3 events. The south event was about 100 players and west coast was 116. That would have been considered a large event back then. Obviously, more goes into how much of a card gets printed than how many people you expect to come to an event, but if you're printing a promo for only 3 events and 100-150 players would be considered a large event, that probably gives you a clue about how many binders have this card. Maybe there are more if it was given out at events outside of the US? Maybe there are more if organized play at the time was overly optimistic about expected attendance when the card went to the printers?
The two organizers were the local Rockville store owner and... Sensei. They were the senior TOs in the area. Looks like David Tuskey was a judge at the event.
