Situation: I have a Charizard D with a memory berry attached to it I evolved it with rare candy the charmander i used is the one with retaliate the attack says: Dose 10 damage timesthe number of damage counters on ''charmander'' would i be able to use it since it says ''charmander''.

Self Referencing rule. It's in the Rule Book.
When a Pokemon copies the attack from another card that references that card, replace the name of that Pokemon with "this Pokemon".

Charizard can use the attack.
