INVITATION by rating

Just curious what procedure must be fulfilled to get invitation to Worlds through rating ?

I am speaking behalf of my son, Jindrich jun., who closed rating of 1.755 in Junior category and stay definitively within lucky fifty in Europe .

Do we receive some confirmation e-mail/letter from PoP together with questionnaire to go or not to go, or we have to ask for Worlds participation personally when rating for season 2010/2011 will be close (probably after US Nats in July) ?

Yes, after all tournaments are uploaded and the database is cleaned for obvious errors. TPCI determines the "final 50" and these people receive a confirmation of the invitation with an instruction of further steps by email.

If Jindrich JR is in Top50 of Europe he has to confirm his attendance at Worlds before August 1st at [email protected] (see front page article!).
