Iron Skull vs Sunlight Veil

Rampardos body: states that damage is not effected by effects on the defending pokemon. Let's say Espeon's Sunlight Veil is in effect on a Glaceon (RR, 80HP). Glaceon doesn't obtain the +20HP boost becuase of Iron Skull, right? Would Glaceon be KO'd by one Head Smash?

There is no intereaction between the two.
Rampardos does it's normal damage.
How much HP Glaceon has has nothing to do with how much damage the attack is doing.
Glaceon still has it's HP bonus.
