Is it another PTCGO glitch or is this how Burning Energy works?

On PTCGO when using Mega Houndoom-ex and 2 Burning Energy for its discard attack. Only 1 Burning Energy reattaches. Is this the case or another glitch that needs to be reported? As RTFC it would appear both Burning Energies get reattached at the end of the attack? :confused-new:

Yes, both should get reattached.
