Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Is redshark worth getting?

I dont think have done this yet but how about importing backgounds
I'm pretty sure it already has that feature. I know I've seen it.

But an easy way to change any pics in the program would be to go into where the game files were instaleld, and mess around replacing the original pics or modifying them. Just be sure to have backups

Back in the days of the first beta release, I hated the default redshark cardback, so I scanned a real card back, resized it to just the right size, made it the proper name and format, and put it into the proper folder. Looked very nice!

The only thing I don't like about Redshark is that I haven't figured out how to work everything yet, and that's just because I haven't had time to mess with it much. For the most part it's very user-friendly.

I was talking about the apperence and the options used in apprentice (but still in pokemon wise).

Here's the thing.
Atm, on Appr. the player base is larger, and in general consists of better/core players. However, it is not very user friendly.
On the other hand, Redshark is more user friendly, but it is not used as much by the "core" players.
It is however gaining poularity, and within about the next two years, I believe most people will switch over.

But If you want my opinion, go with Appr for now (but mess around with redshark, for more fun games). Learn it. Make it your own. Then challenge a bunch of people who have been playing the game for a long time. Those games will make you better.

Then when the time comes for Redshark to take the spotlight, you will have a leg up on the interface, and you will be more familiar with how it works.

Hope that helps.
So yeah, I'd get it if I were you Jeff. I personally hate it, and noone I talk to regulary uses it, but it is better.

If you don’t value a user friendly, colorful playmate, excellent integrated online play, custom card creator, and accurate reenactments of Pokemon trading card game then don’t download Redshark. Download that P.O.S app Apprentice, and call it a day.

In all seriousness…download Redshark. It’s the best. The fact that some people say other wise is beyond me, but its there opinion – even though there wrong.

Love it or hate it,
Deckmaster™
