I got this from a trade long time ago, but the 'shiny' part of the card is not aligned with the pokemon. Is this card fake?

I´ve seen this error happen with all types of holofoils. Seems it happens when the card is embossed with the foil. It´s a quite rare error to hapen though.

The card looks real to me, never seen any fakes from Neo Destiny.
