No sir! The pure beauty of initiative is that you get to choose a card out of their hand. Taking that one collector/cyrus/whatever can be enough to win you the game!

I never post straight lists--that ruins the incentive to build creatively! If you watch my regional report and my national report I'm sure you can get very close to the real list by tallying cards.
