The first one I found on eBay and it is a BIN for $29.95 with free standard shipping. It is suppose to be from the Vending Series 3.

The first one is not Illustrator Pikachu, it is Ooyama's Pikachu.
That's a $10 card. Illustrator Pikachu, found in our Gallery's Japanese promo section, is worth a lot more.

The second one is Birthday Pikachu #2 and is worth $10 to $20.
The rest are $3 to $5 each except for bilingual Exeggutor, which is about $10.

The zapdos, articuno, moltres ones went for as much as $55 each on ebay in an auction, which I think it tells that people are willing to pay MUCH more for these cards, I don't know though.

Well, bottom line, in most cases, auctions on ebay are going to tell you the value.

I'll add in two caveats:

1. One auction is not definitive. You have to look at a number of auctions to see if the value holds or if it was a fluke.
2. There are some idiots on ebay that throw their money away on cards worth much less than what they pay. One example: People bidding up and paying tens of dollars for a single card from a World Championship deck that they could buy (along with 59 other cards) in the store for $10.

In Japan, they were inserts in the official fan mangazine.
Not sure if there were other variants.
