Anybody know where this is from and what is worth I looked all over the place and did not find anything I was only able to find the english version

It is because you are searching the wrong thing

That is a Lucky Stadium from Neo Destiny.
Sadly that card isn't worth a whole lot.
Maybe $0.25

It sounded like OP said that they have the card in Japanese, but could only find a pic of the English version to show what card it is. What is the illustration on the card? According to [URL="http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Lucky_Stadium_(Neo_Destiny_100)]Bulbapedia[/URL] it was a promo card handed out to participants of the Japanese World Challenge Tournament in summer 2000.

Those are the other Lucky Stadium promos. This one was just in the Neo Destiny set.

Ah, I misread the Bulbapedia article. I didn't see it was a part of Darkness and to Light (Neo Destiny). My bad.
