Japan's Ex Battle Boost Set

The artwork concept on the Tepig and Pignite cards is really cool. I can't shake this morbid thought that the parents may be gone in the Emboar though. The Terrakion and Garchomp are pretty cool too.

I'm really curious about the non-reprints in this set. CoL gave us Pachirisu; it makes me wonder if this set will include any cards that will change the metagame in a significant way too. I guess only time will tell.

The emboar line shows the tepid and pignite at different stages in the family. Tepig for the new family then the girl grows up a lil and they have another daughter while all that is happening Tepig evolves. So I think emboar will have like the whole family and maybe another child like a boy or something, or just maybe one of the girls picks up Pokemon training and uses the emboar and turns into the female protagonist.
