If my opponent has used Jolteon-GX's "Swift Run GX" last turn and has other Pokémon in play, how does Tapu Lele "Magical Swap" work? This is assuming Jolteon has remained in the active position, and nothing like Pokémon Ranger has been played.

Can I move damage counters from a benched Pokémon to Jolteon-GX? Can I move damage counters from the Jolteon-GX to a benched Pokémon?

[1L] Swift Run GX (110)
Prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to this Pokemon during your opponent's next turn. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

[1Y] Magical Swap
Move any number of damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon to their other Pokemon in any way you like.

This ruling from the Compendium ( http://compendium.pokegym.net/compendium-bw.html#434 )

Q. What happens if Mewtwo EX uses its "Damage Change" attack against a Pokemon that blocks effects of attacks? Does nothing happen, or does Mewtwo EX get to remove its damage counters?
A. Mewtwo-EX would remove its damage counters, but the opponent's Active Pokemon would not remove nor receive any. If you try to move damage *to* something that blocks effects, the damage disappears. If you try to move damage *from* something that blocks effects, the damage stays there. (Oct 29, 2015 TPCi Rules Team)

So, you could move the damage counters from the benched Pokémon, but then they would vanish when you try to apply them to Jolteon GX!
